Magnolias is Located just one block from the ocean in down town La Manzanilla. Down stairs is an open area a bar a 1/2 bath and a great kitchen. Upstairs is a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette full bath and a large patio. Magnolias is a successful restaurant but it would also be a wonderful place to live. |
