The view from the roof is beautiful with a couple of palapa' s, the palms and then the ocean. It would be an excellent location for a restaurant or bar. |

There is a huge parking lot next to the Hotel which is being offered both with the purchase of the Hotel and separately. The owners are currently getting evaluations of the property to set a price, until then all offers are being considered. |
