This is the front of the property. Being located right next to the Jardin (which is the main gathering place for the town of La Manzanilla) makes this one of the best places for a business in La Manzanilla. You could have a restaurant (or whatever) on the first floor and living quarters on the second floor. Or use the second floor for a vacation rental.
